Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to anywhere in the Australia! With Billiard King, now you can send products to your friend in the same state you live in, or different state.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  For Australia customer, we accept Paypal and payment via bank deposit/transfer. We are in the process of getting the merchant account so that you can pay us using your credit card in the future.
Q: How do I make the order?
A: You mau order from us via several ways: Online This is the easiest,fastest and most efficient way to order. Orders can be made online using our secure shopping environment. Click 'add to cart' to buy the product(s) and proceed to check out when you are finished. With this online ordering method, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the check out and you don't have to wait for our respond to finalize your order. You may make the payment directly afterwards. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number and your preferred payment method. (Payment can be made via Pay Pal, direct bank deposit, cashier's cheque or money order). We will then contact you regarding the total shipping cost. Q: Your product's price is listed in Australian Dollars. How do I get the price in US Dollars?
A: The default price is in Australian Dollars. You may change the currency into US Dollars by clicking the 'Change Currency' column at the right side of the website.
Q: How do I get information about the shipping and handling fee?
A: When you add items to cart and proceed to the check out, you will automatically see the shipping and handling fee. The more you buy the more you save in the shipping fee. All parcels will be shipped from Sydney, Australia. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering from us. For shipment to International/Outside Australia, shipping fee starts from AU$6.40. For shipment to Australia, shipping fee starts from AU$4.25.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We proudly use Australia Post to ship all parcels. For International (outside Australia), it will be shipped via air mail so you will get your order faster.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: We try to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the payment. We are located in Brisbane, Australia, but we ship direct from the wholesalers, so please take that into account when estimating delivery times. Delivery within Australia (capital cities): Approximately 2 - 7 business days. It will take longer time for delivery in remote/rural area. International Delivery: Approximately 7 to 10 business days. We always try to ship promptly. But please keep in mind that sometimes there may be delays from Australia Post (especially during busy season) which are out of our control.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Toys Anywhere. If a product is defected, it will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a credit or full refund will be offered. Please return item in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the original packaging. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. However, we don't do refund for change of mind.
Q: Most of the measurements of your products are in cm. I am from the U.S and would like to know the measurements in inch. How do I convert it?
A: 1 inch is 2.54cm. For example: 30 x 20 x 10cm is 11.81" x 7.87" x 3.93"
Q: I was trying to buy a product but couldn't add the product to my shopping cart since there is no 'Add to cart' button. What's the problem?
A: In the case where there is no 'Add to cart' button, it means that the item is out of stock. What you can do is contact us to backorder this item. We will then notify you when item is back in stock.
Q: I noticed that some of your items are not in stock. How long will I get the item if I do a backorder?
A: We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you may contact us to backorder and you will be notified immediately when item is back in stock.
Q: Do you offer C.O.D facilities?
A: At the moment we do not offer C.O.D. Payment must be received before we can ship orders.
Q: I'd like to be notified when Toys Anywhere has special offer/discount. What should I do to get the information?
A: Toys Anywhere has newsletter and special offer from time to time. Please inform us your email address via our contact form and put 'NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION' in your email. We will send you our monthly Newsletter and you may unsubscribe anytime in the future.
Q: Do you have gift wrapping facility?
A: Yes, we do. Items can be gift wrapped for most of the items, for a small fee of AU$1.50. For some larger items (i.e wooden fridge or wooden kitchen) gift wrapping facility is not available. To have your item gift wrapped, just select the gift wrap option during checkout. Toys Anywhere does not include receipts/pricing information on gift wrapped items.
Q: Do you have retail shop where I can visit and buy direct?
A: No, we don't have a retail shop. We'd like to keep our costs down and pass those savings onto you. Therefore we only do business online.
